1. All entries are due by May 30, 2015 at 5pm.
   
2. All artwork must be 11 inches x 17 inches or must scale to 11 inches x 17 inches.
3. All entries must be submitted in high resolution JPG file format.
4. No more than 3 entries may be submitted by any one entrant.
   
5. Each design must include The Center of the Universe Festival logo and Tulsa, OK. (Logo does not have to be the main focus of the design, but must be included on the poster.)
   
6. All submissions must be original art/illustrations.
   
7. Tulsanity, Inc. (Center of the Universe Festival) and the Tulsa World are entitled to exclusive rights of any and all poster submissions. Contest submissions may appear on promotional materials, official merchandise, websites, social media, e-blasts, etc…
   
8. Center of the Universe Festival and Tulsa World are entitled, but not required, to utilize all submissions.
   
9. Submissions must meet all requirements of the contest submission criteria in order to be officially entered into the contest.
   
10. Festival organizers will determine the winning design.
    
11. Contest entrants may not reproduce their submissions with the intention to sell or publicly distribute the work.
    
12. Contest entries are entitled to use their submission as part of their personal portfolio.
    
    

    Posters should not include:

• Stock Photography
• Photographs
• Copyrighted work
• Recognizable performers

Winning Design Will be Chosen Based On:

• Creativity
• Full compliance with the submission guidelines.
